Who is responsible

O•Spaced is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

Contact enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, O•Spaced receives the information you enter so that Daryna can understand and respond to your project enquiry. This can include your name, email, phone number, project location, property type and message.

The information is used only to respond to the enquiry and to continue a conversation you choose to have with the studio. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, the studio’s legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, assess a possible project and meet any later contractual or legal record-keeping duties. O•Spaced is defining a standard deletion period for enquiries that do not become projects; you may ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Analytics

Google Analytics is offered on this website to help O•Spaced understand which pages are useful and how the website performs. Its legal basis is your consent. Analytics does not load until you select “Accept analytics,” and declining does not reduce access to the website. The choice is stored in your browser’s local storage.

Service providers

Website hosting and email providers may process limited technical or enquiry information to operate the website and deliver messages. If you accept analytics, Google may process usage information. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards offered by their applicable terms.

Your rights

You may ask for access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion or restriction where applicable, object to certain processing, or request information in a portable format. O•Spaced will normally respond within one month. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live.

Analytics preference

You can withdraw or change your analytics choice at any time. This removes the saved preference and shows the choice again after the page reloads.
